On my Windows 7, my Xbox One controller works both, via USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, however, the controller's icon will show up in the Devices and printers menu only when I connect it via the USB 3.0 port! I'm having an issue getting the NEW Xbox One controllers to work with my Windows 7 computer. The old Xbox One controller works fine. (the new ones have 3.5mm headphone jacks; those are the ones that won't work for me).

When I plug the controller into my computer for the first time it installed its drivers.
I have attempted to play rocket league and The Binding of Isaac Rebirth with it but it does not work. The Xbox logo button is not lit up.
My understanding is that there is a app for this controller in Windows 10. Marley and me full movie download 720p. Also that it does not need the app and should work on Windows 7 and 8.
